A 3-day virtual interactive experience that combines a TRHT Kalamazoo’s Virtual Racial Healing Experience with the ERACCE Introduction to Systemic Racism workshop into one powerful offering hosted by ONEPlace. This exclusive opportunity is intended for individuals and organizations seeking to make an investment and commitment to their anti-racism journey. This experience requires participants to discuss the harms of racism and be personally committed to a journey of healing and anti-racism. During this workshop, participants will enter into a process that requires exploration of systemic racism, deep listening, acknowledging that we are all capable of mistakes and implicit bias, and building accountability. Read the full description of the ERACCE Introduction to Systemic Racism Workshop here and the TRHT Racial Healing Circle practice here. Anyone in the greater Kalamazoo community is welcome to attend. We strongly suggest that organizations send 3-5 participants to maximize the benefit of this opportunity. To be truly effective participants must: – be fully open and committed to the experience – follow the touchstones and virtual etiquette guidelines, including engaging with your camera on. Register below to attend all three days. Nov 30, 2–5 pm Dec 1, 2–5 pm Dec 2, 2–5 pm ONEplace will email participants the zoom link the week before the training. Contact [email protected] if you have any questions. Presented by ERACCE, TRHT Kalamazoo, and ONEplace@kpl Because this workshop is an interactive experience, we must limit the number of participants. Our anti-racism and equity workshops typically reach capacity and have a waitlist. We do our best to move people off the waitlist and we will notify you when we offer this event again.

There are still spaces available in several of our February 2023 programs – click below to register.
