Intermediate Anti-Racist Primer for Institutions

Join The Truth & Titus Collective (https://www.truthandtitus.com/) for this four-part series is designed for people looking to deepen their learning in anti-racism and anti-oppression learning. Participants should come with a good understanding of implicit bias, privilege, social identities, and dominant culture socialization. This work is interactive, intersectional, healing, and rooted in truth-telling and love. Participants are encouraged to engage in all 4 sessions.

Topics include:
Unpacking internalized racial oppression and superiority
Cultivating a culture of belonging in the workplace
Exploring healthy, liberatory accountability

Session 2: April 20, 11a-2p
Session 3: May 11, 11a-2p
Session 4: May 18, 11a-2p
