Anti-racism organizing is important work for any organization to be a part of, especially nonprofits. Hear from a number of local organizations who lead anti-racism organizing and training, as well as a couple local organizations who have begun to do this work in their nonprofits.
Why did organizations choose to move forward doing this work? What have they gained and what lessons have they learned? What challenges have they faced? What can your organization do to move forward and/or take the first step in this work?
