Institutional Anti-Racism

Wed, August 28 @ 9:15 am11:15 am

Registration Required

Anti-racism organizing is important work for any organization to be a part of, especially nonprofits. Hear from a number of local organizations who lead anti-racism organizing and training, as well as a couple local organizations who have begun to do this work in their nonprofits.

Why did organizations choose to move forward doing this work? What have they gained and what lessons have they learned? What challenges have they faced? What can your organization do to move forward and/or take the first step in this work?

These questions and more will be discussed in a panel discussion that will feature: Kalamazoo Public Library, PFC Natural Grocery & Deli, ERACCE, Kalamazoo Community Foundation, and KRESA.

Event already took place.
