What is the most important document you can have in place if you are over 18? Learn about estate planning, including how will, trust, and power of attorney documents can be used to protect your assets. Samantha Sprague, an attorney with Carrier Law specializing in elder law and estate planning, will explain how to avoid probate and minimize court cost & attorney fees; understand the difference between a will, power of attorney, and trusts; utilize your assets within a trust and what types of assets can be put in trust; and 
pre-plan for financial peace of mind.
