Equitable Hiring Practices
Thu, February 17 @ 10:00 am–12:00 pm
In 2021, ONEplace posted over 1000 jobs. When reviewing the data, we recognize that there are opportunities to change the way we hire employees. Overall, as sector we rely on inequitable hiring practices that cause harm and we want to focus on harm prevention. How do we center on prospective employees and be the best employer?
What can we learn from each other and examine our own hiring practices? Are we reposting the same position often? Are we experiencing high turnover? Are we paying a living wage?
Please join us for an informative session on equitable hiring practices based on Team ONEplace’s personal experience and observations.
ONEplace will email you a link to the workshop the day before the training. Contact [email protected] if you have any questions.
Presented by ONEplace Staff.
