Kalamazoo Public Library will be hosting Kalamazoo County ID to assist patrons ages 11 or older in obtaining photo identification to enable them to connect with public safety, civic, and community services.

Without a form of identification, a person is not recognized as a member of the community and not afforded the same opportunities as other community members. Having a form of credible identification enables people to become fully participating members of the community.

Eligibility criteria can be found at The Kalamazoo County website. The cost of a County ID is $10, with scholarship funds available. For general information on Community Tables, contact Erin, Community Engagement Administrative Assistant, at [email protected].
