Summary

Based on actual events and set in 14th century France, THE LAST DUEL centers on Marguerite de Carrouges and her accusation that she was brutally assaulted by Jacques LeGris, her husband Jean de Carrouges's friend. Now, in order to prove his wife's claim, de Carrouges must fight LeGris to the death, the victor believed to be determined by God. All three lives hang in the balance.
