Summary

Frosty the Snowman is back for another magical adventure! Every year, the town of Beansborough gathers to celebrate the season with their annual Winter Carnival. But when greedy businessman Mr. Twitchell invents a chemical spray that instantly melts all snow, it's up to Frosty and his new friend Holly to remind the townspeople just how magical winter is, after all.
