Summary
Pam Hoog arrives in a small town in Tennessee to live with her Aunt Nora while trying to start a new life. Needing insurance for her son, Ms. Hoog is given the task of teaching history to some of the town's most difficult students. The students almost get her to quit but with the help of her treasure-hunting friend, she carries out a plan that will change the course of her life and the lives of everyone around her.
