Summary

Willy's best friend Jesse now works with mentor Randolph tracking whales in remote coastal waters of the Pacific Northwest. There, Jesse is reunited with his majestic three-ton pal-- and makes a new friend in 10-year-old Max, who shares Jesse's curiosity and affection for whales. But Max's fisherman father harbors a mysterious secret that could threaten Willy and his entire family.
