Summary
Bailey has settled into his new home and has a crush on a female dog from the "other side of the fence." When her brother Pete is stolen, Bailey and his brother, Duke, must find him and keep him from being sold at "the Exchange" in historic Cowtown. Chaos ensues as they face a multitude of obstacles in trying to rescue Pete. Will Bailey save Pete and win the love of his sweetheart?
