Summary

When Dr. Michael Parker unexpectedly runs into his German-born wife whom he met during WWII and believed to be dead, he is desperate to resume their relationship and re-introduce her to their daughter. However, after a startling accident puts that proposition on shaky ground, the family must come to terms with the possibility that too much time may have passed for them to be together again.
