Summary
Jericho Hudson is a street kid with a gift for shooting pool. He finds himself in the middle of a dangerous hustle when he's played as a pawn in a contest of wits and Nine Ball between two legendary pool hustlers, Cue Ball Carl Bridges and Tenderloin Tony, and a corrupt Vic cop, Tommy Mortensen. With the help of his rounder girlfriend, Jezebel, Jericho puts his own bold hustle into motion, revealing that he, too, is driven by unknown and vengeful motives. Pulling a "long frame" on Cue Ball Carl and Mortensen, he maneuvers these two dangerous men towards each other with explosive results. The question is, will he live to tell the story?
