Summary
Cora is a troubled young woman sentenced to community service answering the phone in a prayer request call center. Although the work offers her some feeling of accomplishment, her old habits reapperar and complicate her journey toward redemption. She struggles to appreciate the boundless patience and understanding of her boss, while her positive but somewhat oblivious mother and distant attorney father aren't sure what more to do for her. When a man she thought had helped turns out to have a secret connection to her troubled past, their relationship takes some unexpected turns.
