Summary
With Fiona enjoying a steady paycheck and a steady guy and Lip off to college, a better life dangles just out of reach. But when you're down and out, moving up isn't easy, and the American dream turns into a Gallagher nightmare! Soon, Fiona is a felon and Lip's ready to drop out. Debbie discovers dudes--and heartbreak. Carl falls for a cute criminal sidekick, and Ian goes AWOL. Meanwhile, Frank--with a lousy liver and a new daughter and grandson in tow--winds up in intensive care.
