Summary
Based on the shocking true story of Alaska State Trooper Jack Halcombe, who set out to end the murderous rampage of one of the country's most prolific serial killers, Robert Hansen, with the help of Cindy, a would-be victim who narrowly escaped Hansen's clutches.
