Summary

Minoes the cat is transformed into a young woman and befriended by Tibbe, a shy, bumbling reporter for the local newspaper. Miss Minoes, still recognized as a cat by the neighborhood felines despite her new human appearance, organizes them into a news gathering service and turns Tibbe into a star reporter. But they soon discover that the popular chairman of the "Club for Friends of Animals" has evil plans.
