Summary
Director Spike Lee focuses on the rebuilding efforts in New Orleans five years after Hurricane Katrina in this follow-up to his award-winning HBO documentary, "When the levees broke : a requiem in four acts." The rebirth of the Crescent City and the ensuing stories of hope and heartache are bookended by a pair of momentous events--the historic 2010 Super Bowl victory and the disastrous British Petroleum oil spill--that changed the history of America's most unique city.
