Summary

In this black comedy, a mass murderer of women, who is also a master of disguise, has a running battle with a police detective. The killer gets his kicks by phoning in clues to the detective. All of New York trembles as the sixth strangling is reported and the man with the makeup kit stalks still another victim ... the detective's girlfriend.
