Group Decision Making

We all make decisions. Yet, when we facilitate team decisions, we often trip over misunderstandings, lack of clear process, and the ever-present question of “do we have enough information?”

This workshop presents a clear, rational approach to decision making that clarifies process, establishes a common language, and helps gather and communicate relevant data. During this interactive session, we’ll learn the process and apply it to a specific case.

In this session:
• Learn a rational, easy-to-understand process for decision making
• Discover how to avoid the common pitfalls to group decision making
• Explore tools you can use to better communicate your decisions to the organization
• Apply the process to a specific case

Target Audience includes anyone who has or will participate in a group decision making process.
