Adrian says, “This book was so so.”

This book was interesting in a few ways. One was because Chitra had the reader guessing for concrete facts in the beginning, and it made you want to read on. Another reason Shadowland was interesting was because there was a strong Indian culture to it. A reason that I disliked the book was because the setting change from the past to the future was confusing. I would recommend this book for serious science fiction readers.
