New ED Network
First-time executive directors rapidly realize their new role is unique in the nonprofit world—and, in their own organizations. Many identify responsibilities they weren’t quite prepared for and experience a sense of isolation in their quest to juggle big-picture leadership and everyday tasks.
This networking session is designed to help new EDs connect with others in the same situation, brainstorm skills and capacities needed to succeed, and learn about resources available through ONEplace. Bobbe A. Luce, who directs ONEplace, will facilitate the meeting.
