Non-Commercial Use Fees

Rooms are available only to residents of the Kalamazoo Public Library District.

• $10.00 per 2 hour block of time

Commercial Use Fees

Rooms are available only to businesses within Kalamazoo County.

• $150.00/4 hour minimum
• $250.00 for up to 8 hours

• Maximum Seating: 172 persons theater style
• Parking: City owned lots/ramps/streets
• Handicap Accessible: Elevator to all levels

• VCR/Projection Unit: $20.00
• Floor, Lapel, Podium, Tabletop and Handheld Wireless Microphones: $10.00 each
• Computer Projection Unit for Power Point (user supplies computer): $20.00
• Overhead Projector: $10.00
• Slide Projector: $10.00
• Portable Stage (no skirting): $25.00
• Portable Stage (w/skirting): $35.00
• DVD/CD Player: $20.00
• Podium: No charge
• Whiteboard: No charge

Computer Training Lab

Library staff offer free instruction on accessing the Internet, the library’s web-based catalog, Local Information Database, and more. Classes may be booked for community groups. The Computer Training Lab may also be used by a business or organization to meet a specific training need for a small group.

Use Fee

Fee includes library trainer to assist with any situations that may arise.
