Goal: To advocate for quality child care in the community through education and referral services by working with parent child care providers, businesses, and the community to improve access to quality child care and early education so that every child enjoys safe, nurturing, and inspiring care.
Services: Provide information, options, and support to parents looking for child care; provide parents with referrals to area child care programs; provide information to people interested in starting a home or center child care program; provide training and support for child care providers in home and centers; provide information and support to employers regarding child care issues.
Area Served: Allegan, Barry, Branch, Calhoun, Kalamazoo, St. Joseph, Van Buren, Berrien, and Cass counties.
Eligibility: Open to individuals and agencies interested in area child care.
