Goal: To provide Kalamazoo area residents with direct access to their government; to increase the responsiveness of government to citizens' needs and concerns; to assist individuals with procurement of needed personal emergency services.
Services: Local contact for state government information/assistance; assistance in resolution of problems; referral to other programs for ongoing help; assistance to low income individuals, senior citizens, and the mentally fragile with state taxes and tax rebates/credits; mediator for conflict resolution.
Area Served: 60th District - Kalamazoo City; portions of Eastern Kalamazoo Township and Cooper Township.
