Eligibility: Appropriate applicant would be age 60 or older and/or have physical or cognitive impairments requiring a supervised and structured environment. Early onset dementia can be considered.
Sources of support: Medicaid waiver; Kalamazoo Community Mental Health; Veterans Administration; limited scholarships available.
