Vanished Kalamazoo and You

If you’re a local history buff or just relish reminiscing about the good old days, you probably already know about the Vanished Kalamazoo Facebook page. Over the years, thousands of people have joined and posted photos, commented, asked questions or just enjoyed looking at the pictures and the comments others have contributed. However, in all the time that Vanished Kalamazoo has been a virtual gathering place for people with this shared interest, there has never been an opportunity for the members to meet each other and Greg Gabry, the man behind the site – until now. On February 24 the library will welcome members (and anyone with an interest in Kalamazoo history) from 1 to 4 in the VanDeusen Room for the first ever Vanished Kalamazoo social gathering. We’re calling it Vanished Kalamazoo and You: Preserving Your Kalamazoo Legacy....
