This workshop will assist you in putting a structure around evaluation. Critical to a successful marriage of data and decision-making, structural elements will focus the evaluation to form a faithful and systematic way of measuring your program’s success.

Attendees will be led through exercises where logic models, indicators of success, and performance criteria are developed. Formalize your flirtation with evaluation and put a structure on it.
