We all make decisions. Yet, when we facilitate team decisions, we often trip over misunderstandings, lack of clear process, and the ever-present question of “do we have enough information?”
This workshop presents a clear, rational approach to decision making that clarifies process, establishes a common language, and helps gather and communicate relevant data. During this interactive session, we’ll learn the process and apply it to a specific case.
