This popular class series continues, exploring the key issues and strategies in supervision and management. This session explores communication – communicating to understand others, to be understood, to gain agreement, or to get something done. (Registration required for each session.)

 
In Session Two, we’ll address these key communication issues:
• Tone of voice, appearance & other nonverbal cues
• Writing style
• How good communication helps create healthy relationships and a strong work environment

Target audience includes middle-level directors and managers in all areas of nonprofit organizations – anyone who supervises others.
